This crossmember is perfect to link the front of your 3rd Gen 4Runner or 1st Gen Tacoma when doing a straight axle swap. It utilizes inboarded link mounts with 5/8s holes. Wled the link brackets to the frame, bolt the mid section to the link mounts and then just drop the transmission/transfer case back down and simply bolt it in place.
This can be used with dual cases such as a TacoBox. If plan on running a dual case make sure to note that when ordering and we will send it with a different transmission mount plate that you will need to weld to the crossmember when everything is mocked in place.
