Here it is Toyota guys! This is our passenger drop truss for the 05+ Dana 60 housings. The 05+ Dana 60 axle is the go to axle when building or upgrading your drivetrain. But for the Toyota guys (or anyone running passenger drop) it is not an option since they are a driver drop axle. Now when you swap tubes or re-tube an 05+ Dana 60 to get the better housing, knuckles and brakes, your can also run a truss that is made for this exact swap!
We have designed our truss for running an axle that has been re-tubed to run the factory length axle shafts. It is laser cut and CNC formed out of 1/4" P&O plate and comes fully welded and ready to install.
We have also added strength to the bridge section over the housing with an additional interal gusset that is tabbed and slotted into the top cap. We also have two more gussets over the long side tube.
 
**Make sure when welding to axle to weld slowly to avoid warping/pulling the axle tubes**
